You will need a prescription from your practitioner. Your booking coordinator will discuss with you when they call to give you details about your appointment.

How long will my test take?

It depends on your test but usually it takes about 30 – 60 minutes to complete.

When will I get my results?

Your radiologist will interpret the information and forward the results to your doctor within the next 2-3 business days.

How much will it cost?

How long will the injection last?

Results vary depending on the body part involved, severity of the disease and the cause of your pain. You may need further evaluation if the injection does not help to relieve the pain.

How often and how many injections can I have?

Radiologists usually recommend injections once every 3 months. The frequency varies depending on your condition.

What are the side effects of injections?

Mild pain or bruising around the injected area is a common side effect of an injection. Infection or allergy are rare side effects. Your doctor will discuss the side effects prior to the procedure.
